Ed Kubiak
Lead Customer Success Manager

Ed has been immersed in the home building world since an early age, most recently as Vice President at Beechen & Dill Homes in the suburbs of Chicago, IL. He was responsible for the construction of over 1,200 custom and production built homes in his 20 year career that started with Pulte Homes and was named to the class of 2017 ‘40 under 40’ list in Professional Builder Magazine. Driven to help solve the industry pain points he faced leading homebuilding teams for two decades, Ed joined Higharc in 2019, a homebuilding automation platform that works with many top 100 builders to design, sell, and build better homes across the country.

Ed Hauck spent 22 years with Rouse Chamberlin Homes in the Philadelphia area. He started out as the head of Purchasing and Estimating before becoming a partner. His responsibilities included purchasing, estimating, new product design and marketing, with a focus on direct construction cost control and the streamlining of processes and procedures within the organization.

As a consultant with the Shinn Group, Ed is a regular speaker at management seminars and provides training, coaching and consulting to help builders around the country reduce direct construction cost, streamline operations, and guide the new product design towards efficiency and cost control.
